Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, except for your first order and in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are waived for first orders and for defective or incorrect items.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-returnable items: opened or used products, items marked as final sale, or items returned after 14 days.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
